Registration in VCI

Documents Required for Veterinary Council of India, (V.C.I) Direct Registration

IMPORTANT NOTE: FOR DIRECT REGISTRATION IN VCI WITHOUT ORGNINAL DOCUMENTS, NO APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED IN ANY CONDITION.

1) Demand Draft of Rs. 15/- from any Nationalized Bank of India in favour of " VETERINARY COUNCIL OF INDIA " payable at NEW DELHI
2) Affidavit in format on stamp paper of Rs 10/-. (format given below) 
3) Bring all documents in original at the office of the Council sequence wise given below :-
           I) 2 Copy of 10th Certificate.
          II) 2 Copy of both PDC andDegree Certificate from VCI recognized University
         III) 2 Copy of State Veterinary Council Certificate. 
        IV) 2 Copy of Transcript/ Composit.
         V) Single copy marksheet's of every year.
4) Five Passport size & one stamp size photograph. (Both passport & stamp size are of same photograph) 

Note:- Address of candidate (Both Correspondence & Permanent address are from the State in which the candidate registered himself/herself)  same are verified at the Office of VCI. 

 

                                                                                                      AFFIDAVIT 

I ____________ son/daughter/wife of __________ resident of (Complete Address of Practising/ Residing State)____________________ do hereby swear that I was admitted to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course to the College of _____________________ Under University ________________ and passed out from the same College, I have not migrated from one college to another during the course of my B.V.Sc & A.H. studies

In case the above statement is found wrong/incorrect, my registration with Veterinary Council of India shall be cancelled.
